These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sufi AI (the “Service”). Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Sufi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Sufi AI is an AI agent builder platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered chatbots and automation agents. The Service includes a hosted web application, APIs, integrations with third-party channels (such as WhatsApp, Web chat, Telegram, and email), and templates to help you launch agents quickly.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect the way you use the Service.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one user unless you are on a plan that permits team seats.
You agree not to use Sufi AI to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice where required to protect the Service or other users.
You retain ownership of the agents, prompts, documents, conversations, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant Sufi AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third party’s rights and that you have the right to upload or generate it.
Sufi AI produces AI-generated output based on your prompts and configurations. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it or sharing it with others.
AI output is not a substitute for professional advice. It should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for ensuring AI outputs comply with applicable laws and your industry’s regulations.
Sufi AI, including the platform, brand, logos, templates, and underlying software, is owned by Sufi AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our trademarks or brand assets.
You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent, except to reference the Service as permitted by standard fair use.
The Service integrates with third-party providers. When you enable those integrations, their terms and privacy policies also apply. The providers we currently rely on include:
We are not responsible for third-party services. If a provider changes its terms, pricing, or availability, that may affect your use of the Service.
The free Starter plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits listed on our pricing page. Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Enterprise pricing is agreed in a separate contract.
Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply based on your location. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create a risk of legal liability, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give notice where reasonable to do so.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will keep your data for 30 days to allow export and recovery, after which it will be deleted except where retention is required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI systems can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for how you use AI output. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error- free, or secure against every threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufi AI’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event will Sufi AI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sufi AI and its affiliates from any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email (if you have an account) or through a prominent notice on the Service.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE — pending UAE Free Zone registration, which is currently in progress.
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction.
