Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about trying Sufi AI. This policy explains how refunds work and what to do if something goes wrong with your billing.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment on a Pro or Business plan. If Sufi AI isn’t the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll process a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@sufiai.net from the email on your account. Please include:

  • Your account email.
  • The order or charge ID (from your receipt).
  • A short note on why you’re requesting a refund — we read every one and use them to improve.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Renewals of existing subscriptions are not eligible — you can prevent an unwanted renewal by cancelling before the renewal date.

5. Partial Refunds

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are generally not available. At our discretion we may issue a prorated refund for mid-cycle cancellations, especially where usage was limited or where the Service suffered significant disruption.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Enterprise agreements signed under separate custom contracts.
  • Add-ons, overages, or one-time purchases.
  • Usage-based charges for messages beyond your plan’s included amount.
  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or vouchers.

7. Plan Changes

Upgradestake effect immediately and are prorated — you’ll be charged the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Downgradestake effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan’s features until then.

8. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we’ll retry and email you. If the account remains unpaid 7 days past due, access to paid features is suspended. Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion, giving you time to update your payment method and restore access.

9. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve disputes quickly and transparently — in most cases, a direct refund is faster than a chargeback.
